Booking & approval
A booking request is not final until availability, renter verification, applicable payments and approval are complete.
Vehicle use
The renter must use the vehicle lawfully and follow the signed agreement, approved operating area and authorised-driver rules.
Security deposit
Deposit handling, deductions, damages, fines, fuel and late-return charges should be defined clearly in the final agreement.
Return & inspection
Vehicle condition, mileage, fuel and outstanding charges should be reconciled at return.
